Frequently Asked Questions

You do not have to worry about the image resolution, as we personally handle all client orders and ensure that the images provided meet the necessary quality standards for printing. We contact each client to review the resolution of the selected image and the final print result before moving forward with the production.
For optimal print quality, an image should ideally have a resolution of 150 dpi at the final print size. However, there are other factors that can affect the print quality, so if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  3. Upload the Image you want to print. You can use your own image, design, photography, or choose from an image library. To help your image search, we have compiled here a list of stock image platforms.
If you want to refresh your image later, you can order a Replacement Fabric Print for your frame or lightbox by providing the dimensions and selecting the appropriate fabric type. Then, just upload the image you want printed on the fabric.
Standard Orders
The production lead time for standard orders is typically 10 business days for lightboxes and 5 business days for other products.

Volume Orders
For bulk orders (e.g., 25 units or more of certain products), the lead time may extend to 15 to 18 business days, depending on the quantity.

Custom Projects
For special projects, standard lead times do not apply, as production is usually more complex and time-consuming. This may involve steps such as creating and approving a prototype, making adjustments during production, and other custom processes that can extend the overall timeline.

The lifespan of our products primarily depends on the sunlight, as the inks are directly affected by the intensity and duration of the sun exposure. For products exposed continuously under direct sunlight from morning to evening for more than six months, it is possible that the colors may begin to fade over time. However, printed fabric used indoors and kept away from UV rays is likely to remain in excellent condition for several years, which is why we offer a 20-year warranty against color fading.

Rest assured that the sublimation inks we use are among the most durable on the market, and the fabrics are of the highest quality, ensuring long-lasting results under appropriate conditions.
Yes, we do offer installation services for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details.
For cleaning, we recommend hand cleaning to maintain the integrity of the print and colors. To clean the fabric evenly, use a wet wipe to gently clean the entire surface. If spot cleaning is necessary, first treat the affected area with water. Afterward, wipe down the entire fabric with a wet wipe to ensure the cleaned area blends seamlessly with the rest of the fabric, preserving the uniformity of the image and avoiding any noticeable spots, especially due to the lighting for the Moonlight fabric. Allow the fabric to air dry naturally.

For more intensive cleaning, please contact customer service for specific instructions.
Our company does not have its own image library. However, we have compiled a list of several reputable stock image platforms to help you find the perfect image for your frame or lightbox. You can view this list here.

Please note that many online image libraries are available for a reasonable fee. Before purchasing an image for fabric printing, it is essential to ensure the image has a sufficient resolution (dpi) for printing. The larger the format, the higher the required resolution. An image with too low a resolution will appear blurry once printed, which can affect the quality of the final product.
